Disney On Ice

We are getting ready to go to Disney on Ice. Hasn't my little girl grown up? I love her in pigtails - too bad I rarely put her in them!

This was the first part of the show and probably the highlight for Miss Addie. She loves Mater and Lightning McQueen!

Here are Shannon and Jayden, our friends who went with us to Disney on Ice.

This was towards the end of the show. It was for the new movie Tinkerbell and the Fairies (or something like that). It was really neat when all the inflatable flowers popped up all around the ice rink.
A rare family picture! Wish Charlie was looking at the camera. Addie really enjoyed it. It is great that she is getting old enough to enjoy things like this.

Disney on Ice

Okay tomorrow we are taking the kiddos to Disney on Ice. A friend of mine from work (Shannon!) is taking her daughter who is only about a month older than Addie. It should be great. Addie loves the movie Cars and Lightning McQueen and Mater will be there - she should love it. It is going to be almost 2 hours so we will see if she can last the whole time!

4 more days until I go back to work...ugh

Big Girl Bed/Going Back To Work/Thumb Sucking

Yes, it has finally happened. Addie has transitioned into her big girl bed - just in time for Charlie to be 4 months old and probably going to roll over anytime now...

It is hard to believe that my little girl is growing up. We have gone through some major changes in the last six months...1) Gave up the pacifier 2) Had a new baby brother 3) Started some serious potty training and now 4) Transitioned to her big girl bed.

It is hard to believe she will be 3 in March. Time really flies...

Going Back To Work
Okay, this is my last official full week on maternity leave. I am so upset! I am going to really miss all the precious time I have gotten to spend with my children. I plan on working from home (charlie home with me those days) two days a week. If that works out, it should make things a little easier for me. Cross your fingers...

One more thing...it seems like Charlie is becoming more and more fond of sucking his thumb. Stay tuned on that one!

My mom was in town this weekend while Randy went to ATL for work. We actually got Addie to smile for some pictures before going to church. She also saw an airplane that distracted her for a moment. She loves airplanes, helicopters, cars and trucks. Maybe she will be a mechanic when she grows up...or a racecar driver, pilot, tow truck driver... who knows...
